💡 How to Use:
1️⃣ Dissolve MS powder in 900ml distilled/RO water
2️⃣ Add sugar & mix well
3️⃣ Heat to dissolve agar, adjust pH (5.7–5.8)
4️⃣ Let cool slightly, then add 6-BAP (if needed)
5️⃣ Top up to 1L, pour into culture vessels
6️⃣ Sterilize (121°C, 15-20 min), let cool & solidify
